Parkway West Career andTechnology Center Position Overview:

Parkway West Career and Technology Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Custodial / Maintenance employee to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform daily custodial duties including cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas  Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of school facilities and grounds  Set up and tear down rooms for meetings, events, and school activities  Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns  Operate and maintain custodial equipment and cleaning supplies safely  Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal, salting, and grounds upkeep  Support a safe, organized, and positive school environment

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent preferred  Previous custodial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred  Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, maintenance tools, and building systems  Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment or supplies as needed  Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff

Certification & Support:

Parkway West CTC will assist the selected candidate in obtaining required clearances.

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary:
