Job Summary We are seeking motivated candidates to join our Part-Time Custodial team, to help keep our community spotless and well-maintained. This energetic role involves performing cleaning and custodial tasks across various common areas, ensuring our facilities remain inviting and hygienic. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and other floor care techniques Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal. Report any facility issues promptly Use commercial cleaning supplies safely and effectively to uphold cleanliness standards Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment Able to lift and/or move a minimum of 70lbs This is not a housekeeping position Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliability in completing assigned duties Shifts We are offering three part time positions, which are mixed and weekends are on rotation Mon to Fri 6pm-11pm, Fri 10a-2:30p Sat 7am-2:30pm & 6p-11pm Sun 7am-12pm and 12p-6pm Start immediately if desired Join us in creating a pristine environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for!
