We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodial Technician to join our growing team specializing in data center cleaning services . This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, flexible with scheduling, and comfortable working in professional environments while interacting with clients. As a Custodial Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in high-security data center facilities and other commercial environments throughout the Tri-State Area . Transportation to job sites will be provided in a company vehicle (employee will be transported and will not be required to drive).

Responsibilities:

Perform custodial and commercial cleaning duties in data center environments Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain facility cleanliness Operate cleaning equipment and machines safely and effectively Follow detailed cleaning procedures and company standards Maintain a high level of attention to detail in secure and professional settings Interact professionally with clients and facility personnel Work efficiently as part of a team to complete assignments Travel to various job locations throughout the Tri-State Area in company transportation

Requirements:

Must have a clear background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process Prior experience in cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning work preferred Experience operating cleaning equipment and machines is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with varying work hours Strong attention to detail Comfortable interacting with clients in professional environments Hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must live within 20-30 minutes of Keyport, NJ Must have reliable transportation to get to job meeting place in Keyport, NJ Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Us?
