POSITION DESCRIPTION

: Incumbent will report directly to the House Keeping and Laundry Manager with primary responsibility for but not limited to cleaning of all common areas and resident rooms. Monitor equipment, furniture and fixtures and report any faulty findings Responsible for oversight and cleaning of all resident common areas, windows, all porches, & interior areas as assigned. This includes the emptying and cleaning of the trashcans, straightening, replacing of furniture, dust mopping, and wet mopping Pressure wash porches and exterior building Clean window and door glass in assigned areas Monitor equipment, furniture, and fixtures in the area of your responsibility Report major repair needs Perform other custodial duties as required This position is in the Career Service System Candidates requiring a reasonable accommodation, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, must notify the agency hiring authority and/or People First Service Center (1-866-663-4735).
