Custodian MV Golf & Event Center - Arc Herkimer $16.00-$17.50/hour based on experience Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Help Keep Our Facility Looking Its Best! Arc Herkimer is looking for a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join the team at the beautiful MV Golf & Event Center! This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests, staff, and visitors throughout the clubhouse and event spaces. What You'll Do Complete work orders and maintenance tasks based on priority Perform interior and exterior cleaning throughout the clubhouse and Event Center Assist with deep cleaning of floors, carpets, walls, windows, bathrooms, appliances, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, clean tables, and maintain indoor and outdoor spaces Help maintain walkways by removing leaves and debris Perform interior and exterior painting as needed Move and arrange furniture for events and daily operations Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues Work closely with management and staff to ensure facilities remain clean and inviting Support additional facility and seasonal projects as assigned What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic knowledge of custodial tools, cleaning techniques, and facility maintenance Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Flexibility with scheduling as needed Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service Why Join Arc Herkimer?
