Custodian

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our dynamic facilities team! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and restocking supplies to ensure optimal hygiene standards Assist with custodial responsibilities related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed Support facilities maintenance by reporting repair needs or safety hazards promptly Utilize commercial cleaning tools and techniques to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient operations Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols Prior experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is preferred Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties efficiently Join us in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment! Pay:
