This role provides housekeeping services to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the facilities totaling approximately 65,000 sq. feet. Areas of service include the Country Club Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Main Pool, Pro Shop, Restaurant and Oasis within the Sun Lakes #1 community. Available Shift Tuesday
  • Saturday 4 am to 12:30 pm Hourly Rate $16.00

  • Dependent upon experience (May be eligible for increased compensation after 90 days of employment based on exceptional measurable perfromance.
) Essential Duties Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards and Association expectations are met. Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers. Empty wastebaskets and shredders, replace liners, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Check under equipment for dust and cobwebs. Dust ceiling fans, baseboards, shelves, fireplaces, desks, and desk chairs, window sills, and dust and polish furniture and equipment. Spray and wipe off all counters, sinks, machines, doors, tables, chairs, restroom facilities, mirrors, exercise equipment, benches, locker doors, etc. Vacuum air vents and exhaust fan. Make sure all storage areas and carts are well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Remove debris from outdoor areas. Replace light bulbs. Replenish supplies. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Request repair services. Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers. Observe precautions required to protect property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to Administrative Services to be relayed to General Manager. Other duties as requested. Education High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Experience in custodial duties preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in adult community associations is also preferred. Certificates and Licenses N/A Equipment Utilized Housekeeping equipment, such as vacuums, mops, etc.
