Custodian - Community Center

Here's what you'll be doing: Executes housekeeping duties to include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, disinfecting areas, ect. Plans and performs minor repairs and maintains housekeeping equipment. Plans occasional painting of walls and ceilings and is able to use a ladder. Removes snow/ice from entrances and walkways. Certification may be required. Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision. Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens

Preferred Qualifications:
