Job Description

Here's what you'll be doing: Prioritizing and implementing process change requirements based on the critical needs and exposure to risk. Review current processes, metrics, and performance trends to identify root causes. Design, develop and execute processes or projects throughout all phases of planning, communicating, training, and implementing to achieve expected results. Audit the completion of project and applicable grant objectives as well as operational and fiscal responsibilities. Develop communication and needed training for recommended changes. Uses project management skills and tools to manage projects also develop and implement communication and training plans. Assures policy management documents align with organizational/divisional/departmental strategies and document how the process improvement efforts contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic plan. Participate in the preparation, review, interpretation, and analysis of data that supports the execution of the master strategic plan, including but not limited to employee engagement, key performance indicators, and other measurable outcomes. Develop, participate, and ensure the completion of Corrective Action Plan (CAP) processes which address audit findings. Research, explore and create innovative, tailorable, continuous improvement solutions. Here's what you'll need to be successful: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field. Two or more years of experience with process change or continual improvement. One or more years of experience with project management. In lieu of an undergraduate degree, will accept training or experience in 2 of the following: Project Management Professional, Human Centered Approach to Development, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Business Process Improvement, Root Cause Analysis or Perigon Process Improvement Certification. Disciplined, structured, and logical approach to problem solving. Self-starter with a high degree of continuous improvement mindset and learning agility. Strong process knowledge with the ability to identify root causes and champion solutions. Facilitation skills across all business units and all levels of the organization, able to guide/influence decision-making processes. Expertise in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be willing and able to learn new software programs as required. Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional or completion of Green Belt certification required within 1 year of hire.
