Please see details below. Per diem work, as needed. Typical hours 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm. $15 per hour, paid through Substitute Teacher Service Inc. Qualifications:
1. High school diploma required. 2. Experience in school custodial work preferred. 3. Knowledge and understanding of various cleaning chemicals and processes is required. 4. Working knowledge of light power tools, hand tools, mowers, blowers, snow removal equipment, and similar maintenance and cleaning equipment. 5. Basic computer skills required.

Manager of Operations & Transportation and building lead (Principal/Program Supervisor)
Supervises:
N/A Performance Responsibilities:
1. Clean and disinfect facilities including, but not limited to, sweeping, vacuuming, dry/wet mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors/carpets; dusting; straightening/setting-up furniture; washing tables/desks and blackboards; emptying trash bins and pencil sharpeners; etc. 2. Clean restrooms, which includes sinks, toilets, walls, mirrors and floors, and refill paper towel dispenser, toilet paper dispenser, feminine vending machine, etc. 3. Clean and maintain all meeting/conference rooms, kitchenettes, and similar high-use areas. 4. Learn and use various cleaning and floor maintenance machines including scrubbers, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners and other custodial-related powered equipment. 5. Prepare meeting/conference room table and chair layouts, including specified equipment, utilizing Computerized Resource Scheduling Software. 6. Assist the operation of the physical building during day and evening activities which includes maintaining bathrooms, meeting areas, and setting up rooms for the next day as needed. 7. Report major and minor repair need to the Supervisor in a prompt manner. 8. Maintain order and organization in all custodial storage areas as well as custodial equipment 9. Perform duties associated with opening or closing of building, including securing all doors and windows, regulating heat and lighting as necessary. 10. Request and maintain supplies and custodial equipment needed for the performance of duties. 11. In the event of an emergency respond to calls from security/fire while the building is closed as directed by supervisor. 12. Assist with moving equipment and furniture as needed to/from classrooms and CAIU satellite locations. 13. Maintain buildings & grounds by performing such duties as mowing, string trimming, snow removal, painting, minor wall repairs, replacement of lights, trimming bushes, weeding flowerbeds, mulching, etc. 14. Assist with the inspection of buildings and playgrounds to ensure the areas are cleaned/maintained properly and are safe for staff & students. 15. Serve as point of contact for building access for emergency responders. 16. Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or his/her designee. 17.
