Also based in our New York headquarters are our sales, marketing, administrative, and service teams, who work closely together to ensure every customer receives a seamless, personalized experience at every touchpoint.Role Summary :
The Custodian & Groundskeeper will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment across Clarapath's facility. This position is responsible for routine cleaning and sanitation of workspaces, offices, and common areas. The role supports day-to-day facility operations by monitoring building conditions and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, particularly in a regulated medical device environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. This individual is proactive in identifying maintenance needs, responsive to team requests, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to creating a safe and professional workplace are essential to success in this role.Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Maintain cleanliness of production and lab spaces in accordance with company standards Empty trash and recycling, restock supplies, and ensure proper waste disposal Conduct routine inspections of the facility and report maintenance or safety issues Assist with facility setup for meetings, events, and team needs Support inventory and organization of custodial and maintenance supplies Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environmentQualifications:
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, and facility maintenance practices Ability to operate standard custodial equipment and tools Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent, a plus 1-3 years of custodial, maintenance, or groundskeeping experience, a plusPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Exposure to cleaning chemicalsCompany Offers:
