This is a part-time position with a somewhat flexible schedule. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Dusting Sanitizing Deep cleaning Window cleaning Trash collection and disposal Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing) Restock cleaning supplies All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to custodial services Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time
