JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleaning of Factory and Administration bathrooms, cafeterias, offices, kitchen and floors, and outside trash cans. Cleaning of various floor types, carpet, wood, tile, VTC, cement, rubber, etc. Take all factory & Administration trash and load into a trash truck. Move the trash truck from the loading dock to the parking area. Occasional errands to Concord, surrounding areas, and airport runs. Sign out needed supplies from the custodian closet for reorder. Cut various sizes of air filter materials and maintain an inventory of them. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Requires a full range of physical motion.
• Prolonged walking or standing, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching daily.
• Produces precise work with attention to all detail.
• Trustworthy and capable of independent work.
• Availability for the transportation of high-level employees to the airport and hotel.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Hepatitis B vaccine required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and background check.
