Job Overview Join our team as a Custom Applicator, where you will be at the forefront of pest control, and agricultural services. As a key player in maintaining healthy crop environments, you'll deliver expert application of treatments using a variety of tools and machinery. Your energetic approach will help ensure our clients' properties thrive while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations. Duties Assist in all aspects of an ag retail facility. From loading, transporting, and application of fertilizers and chemicals Preform maintenance on machinery and facilities as needed Safely operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment to apply treatments accurately across agricultural settings Assist in mixing and loading chemical solutions or other products following strict safety protocols and manufacturer instruction Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate application methods for pest control, or farming needs Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure while maintaining vehicle safety standards Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide expert advice on maintenance or treatment plans Maintain detailed records of applications performed, including product types, quantities used, and locations treated Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and environmental protection Qualifications Experience is not required but preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, CDL A or B preferred. Experience driving farm machinery or utility vehicles preferred Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks Strong attention to detail for precise application and recordkeeping Willingness to learn safety protocols related to chemical/fertilizer handling and equipment use Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference! $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
