Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet fabrication and installation Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment Fabricate custom cabinet parts with precision, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process Install cabinets securely on-site, including door hanging, fixture installation, and alignment for optimal functionality Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, or painting to achieve a polished look Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a focus on cabinet building or similar fabrication work Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Strong understanding of construction industry standards related to cabinetry installation and repair Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights or confined spaces We value candidates with diverse skills such as , flooring installation, electrical or plumbing experience that can complement cabinetry projects.
