What You Will Be Doing Performing precision TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications and high-detail prototypes Interpreting and working directly from complex engineering drawings to ensure 100% accuracy on every part Fine-tuning welding equipment parameters to maintain superior weld integrity and aesthetics Laying out and assembling diverse metal components to meet strict

2015 quality standards Safely utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts to position and manage large-scale projects Collaborating with fellow senior fabricators to troubleshoot design challenges and optimize production workflows Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace within a modern manufacturing environment What We Are Looking For

Technical Mastery:

5+ years of professional TIG and MIG welding experience, with a focus on precision fabrications

Blueprint Literacy:

5+ years of experience reading complex drawings and interpreting specialized weld symbols

Reliability:

A rock-solid attendance record; our high-performance team relies on consistency and commitment

Professionalism:

A stable work history that demonstrates long-term tenure and a desire to grow within an organization

Equipment Skills:

Previous experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is a significant plus

Requirements:
