Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:

Communicate with businesses to assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations to support them Contribute to overall sales by confidently presenting and promoting telecommunications solutions in a customer-focused manner Establish trust and build lasting customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling objections, and guiding them through the buying process Offer personalized solutions that align with each customer's specific needs and interests Work closely with senior managers and team to consistently learn and develop new skills to become a leader in our company Ensure exceptional service while cultivating long-term customer loyalty Stay current on all service offerings, promotions, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver informed recommendations

Customer Account Representative Qualifications:

Background in sales, customer service, retail, warehouse, construction, or experience in an entry-level management role is beneficial Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to connect with customers and businesses Strong critical thinking skills with the flexibility to adapt quickly in dynamic situations Motivated by results and comfortable working in a customer based environment Collaborative attitude with independence and self-discipline to succeed with minimal supervision This position is an in-office role located in East Liberty and requires daily, on-site attendance.
