Job Description

At Invictum, Inc., we specialize in business consulting and business sales solutions for leading telecommunications providers like AT&T. As demand for advanced connectivity and fiber-based technology continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to work directly with local businesses regarding telecommunications and internet service solutions. This is a full-time, customer-facing role focused on business sales, account support, and client relationship management. The Customer Service Associate will connect directly with business owners and decision-makers to educate them on available telecommunications services, explain service options, and support the sales and account setup process from start to finish. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities Work directly with local businesses to discuss telecommunications, fiber internet, and connectivity solutions available in their area Educate business owners and decision-makers on service plans, pricing, features, and current promotions Develop personalized recommendations based on business operational needs and usage goals Support business account setup, order processing, account updates, and service confirmations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information Answer questions related to telecommunications services, billing, account support, and upgrades Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients through consistent communication and follow-up Collaborate with the sales and customer support team to achieve daily and weekly business sales goals Utilize product knowledge to explain service advantages, technology upgrades, and business solutions clearly and professionally Customer Service Associate Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, business sales, account management, telecommunications, hospitality, retail, or client-facing environments is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with business owners and professionals Comfortable in a sales-focused and customer-facing environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage time effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment Interest in business development, telecommunications, customer support, or technology-related services is preferred
Pay:
$975.00 - $1,275.00 per week
