Job Description

Bay Bridge Management Group is actively hiring Customer Account Representatives to support our growing telecommunications campaign across the Bay Area. We are looking to fill multiple openings with individuals ready to start working directly with customers right away. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping individuals understand wireless and internet services, assisting with account setup, and supporting overall customer experience. Customer Account Representative Responsibilities Speak directly with customers to provide client support and service information Answer questions about AT&T wireless and internet plans, features, and coverage Assist customers with account setup, enrollment steps, and next actions Provide clear explanations to help customers make informed decisions Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience Support daily customer interactions while following established guidelines Document basic customer and account information accurately Work closely with team members to support daily activity and goals Escalate questions or issues appropriately when needed What We're Looking For Interest in client support, customer service, or customer-facing roles Clear communication skills and a professional attitude Reliable attendance and ability to follow structure Comfort working directly with customers Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, or call center roles is helpful but not required.
