Customer Account Specialist Geffdog | Aberdeen, SD Full-Time Geffdog is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to manage key customer accounts and help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, vendors, and Geffdog staff to coordinate apparel programs, promotional products, online stores, screen printing, embroidery, and fast-moving projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and committed to creating a great customer experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Coordinate projects, orders, timelines, and communication
• Help ensure projects move efficiently from order to delivery
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Proactively solve issues before they impact the customer
• Help customers find products and solutions that fit their needs
• Support fast turnaround times and high-quality service Qualifications
