Customer Care Associate (SERVICE DEPARTMENT)

Job description: We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, polished, and professional candidate to be a Customer Care Associate in our Service Center. You will communicate with our customers via email and phone to schedule service for recreational vehicles as well as keep in touch with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date on status and billing totals. Ideal candidates must have a drive for sales and customer service. You must be computer proficient and be comfortable communicating via email and by phone. You will also be responsible for working with the department manager to maximize future opportunities by helping with service customer follow-up. Responsibilities will also include scheduling labor for technicians and billing out completed labor to compile a finished invoice. Essential Job Functions:

Provide support to our customers, (in store, on the phones, and through electronic communications) Schedule appointments for repairs/upgrades Check-in customers, assess needs, and create work orders Maintain appropriate Customer database Perform Customer walk-throughs prior to and following Service event Close-out Customer service and payment processing

Skills:

Customer-focused and self-motivated Prior experience in Sales, Reception, Customer Service or Call Center is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills is required Excellent computer skills are a must Highly organized with attention to detail Understanding Work order billing and completion
