Job Description

Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes? We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support marketing efforts, coordinate on-site visits, and serve as a key point of contact for guests and internal teams. What You'll Do Customer Experience & Event Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for customer visits, demos, and on-site experiences Coordinate schedules with internal teams and external customers Plan and execute customer visits, including: Booking conference rooms Arranging meals and catering Coordinating facility tours Sharing local event and attraction information Welcome and greet customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience Marketing & Presentation Support Assist with updating organizational brochures and materials Support the creation and organization of marketing content, including videos Help develop and format presentations for internal and customer use Administrative & Facility Support Provide general administrative and office support Assist with facility coordination and day-to-day office needs Support additional tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a passion for customer service.
Key Qualifications:
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Experience in administrative, reception, or office coordination roles Ability to manage schedules, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred (Nice to Have) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with Oracle tools Familiarity with customer visas or immigration-related documentation Top Skills for Success Customer service and relationship-building Organization and attention to detail Event coordination and logistics Strong communication and professionalism Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
