Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every client who interacts with our agency. You'll be the go-to resource for questions, support, and guidance
  • helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of every step of the way.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through ongoing communication and follow-up Answer incoming calls and emails, providing timely and helpful support Explain policy coverages, billing details, and claims processes in a clear, easy-to-understand way Assist with policy updates, renewals, and general account maintenance Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products or coverage options Keep accurate records and stay organized within agency systems
Requirements :
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Friendly, people-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative Comfortable learning and using computer systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interest in discussing and recommending products based on customer needs Customer Care Representative Strunk Agency
