Arcis Golf - Corporate Office - Dallas, TX Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. SUMMARY Supports 8 Daily Fee Clubs across Illinois, Missouri, and Nevada. Drives customer experience and subscriber engagement through programming, content, and the four pillars to elevate the overall club lifestyle experience. Essential Functions Builds and maintains strong relationships with subscription members. Owns new member onboarding and serves as a primary point of contact for questions to ensure a high-level experience. Owns and manages each club's Lifestyle Content and Social Calendar in partnership with GMs and leadership teams. Partners with Food & Beverage to plan and execute events. Maintains function sheets and event files, including contracts, P&L forecasts, and floor plans. Attends pillar events in IL and supports other markets as needed to ensure seamless execution. Supports programming that drives golf rounds, club visits, F&B revenue, and overall member satisfaction. Partners with RevOps to execute club communication plans, including email campaigns, website updates, and in-club marketing materials (flyers, posters, signage). Owns organic social media strategy for assigned clubs. Partners with clubs to capture high-quality lifestyle content and meet a weekly posting cadence. Excellent people and communication skills. Demonstrated outstanding customer service. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. One year of golf course/private club related work experience is preferred. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
