About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and people-focused Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first voice our customers hear. You'll help guide new inquiries, qualify leads, schedule appointments, support our sales process, and follow our QAP process for Customer Success. What You'll Do Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and customer emails Assist customers with moving questions, service options, and scheduling Qualify inbound leads and gather important project details Schedule consultations and appointments for our sales team Conduct intro, confirmation, day of service, and post-move quality assurance calls Request customer feedback and assist with online review generation Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication What We're Looking For Strong communication and phone skills Friendly, professional, and confident personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-up and organizational skills Customer service, call center, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred CRM or office software experience is a plus Positive attitude and team-first mindset What We Offer Opportunity to grow with an established family-owned company Supportive team environment Meaningful work helping customers through major life transitions Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM Apply Today If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
