1 Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville 1919 W Foxglove Dr, 72704 Customer Experience Specialist Crain Hyundai Fayetteville is needing a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team! The new team member will serve as the face of the dealership both in the showroom and in the service areas.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and answer calls professionally Monitor cleanliness of all guest-facing areas Coordinate customer feedback and CSI surveys Assist in event setup and customer follow-up Answer overflow inbound phone calls and make warm transfers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service Positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Clean background and valid driver's license
