Job Summary Join our team as a Part Time Hardware & Rental Customer Service Associate, where you will assist customers in selecting hardware, tools, rental equipment, paint, and related products that meet their needs, ensuring they leave with everything to complete their project. Weekend shifts are required. Starting Pay based on experience in hardware, rental, and retail industry. Closed major holidays. Mechanical knowledge a plus Duties Greet customers and identify their hardware or rental needs Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Check Rental Equipment in and out. Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and working incoming stock orders Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer shopping experience Provide excellent customer service by answering questions professionally and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries

Pay:

$12.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 30.0 per week
