Job Responsibilities Learn and utilize our proven process to engage with customers and understand their needs and preferences Demonstrate vehicles and products Recommend products based on customer requirements Assist with floor and lot set up Complete required paperwork and documentation Develop understanding of all products offered Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery) Create and execute strategies for increasing market share Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification Skills Strong customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate with customers and Team members Professional appearance and work ethic Positive attitude and high-energy personality Excellent phone etiquette Education and/or Experience Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
