Role Summary The Customer Relationships Department is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening AlphaX's relationships with investors, customers, VIP clients, and strategic partners. The team ensures a high-quality client experience while supporting business growth through proactive engagement and network expansion. Core Responsibilities 1. Investor Relations Maintain consistent, professional communication with all investors Provide timely updates on company developments, projects, and opportunities Gather feedback to strengthen trust and long-term partnerships 2. Affiliate & Customer Relationship Management Manage relationships across all affiliated brands (e.g., AL Homes, Axis Realty, Alera Homes, Hearth & Table) Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all touchpoints 3. VIP & Strategic Client Management Deliver personalized, high-touch service to VIP clients, key investors, and strategic partners Strengthen engagement and ensure long-term relationship retention 4. Network Development Identify and build relationships with new investors, brokers, partners, and community leaders Support the expansion of AlphaX's referral and business network 5. Customer Experience & Insights Develop and manage customer feedback systems, including surveys and satisfaction tracking Analyze insights and recommend improvements to enhance client experience 6. CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate and organized records of all relationships in the CRM system Track interactions, follow-ups, and client lifecycle stages Ensure data integrity and usability for strategic decision-making 7. Events & Engagement Plan and support investor events, client engagements, open houses, and networking activities Strengthen relationships through consistent and meaningful interactions Why Join AlphaX?
