• $55/hr A loving family in Los Altos, CA (94024) is seeking a nurturing and patient Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support as they welcome their baby on August 26, 2026 .

Schedule:

8 hours a night (11pm

• 7am), 7 nights a week, for 2-3 weeks
• beginning first night home from hospital The ideal candidate has a calming and gentle presence that helps establish healthy, consistent sleep routines for the baby.

They understand the importance of creating a peaceful sleep environment and are confident in implementing age-appropriate sleep practices, soothing techniques, and predictable bedtime routines that encourage restful sleep habits over time. With a nurturing and responsive approach, they support the baby through nighttime wakeups in a calm manner, enabling parents to rest and recharge knowing their child is in caring and capable hands.

Note:

Family plans to bottle-feed, and use a Snoo for baby. Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB)

Compensation:
