In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T services, and help individuals find options that fit their household and connectivity needs. The Customer Sales Representative works closely with customers through face-to-face outreach, helping create a positive and informative experience while building strong communication and professional skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales support. As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll receive training in AT&T products, customer communication, and sales techniques. We provide ongoing mentorship, team support, and opportunities for advancement based on performance and consistency. Core Functions of the Customer Sales Representative Engage with customers directly to introduce AT&T Fiber products and services through professional, in-person conversations. Answer customer questions regarding internet speed, wireless plans, pricing, and current promotions. Help customers compare service options and complete new account enrollments when appropriate. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude while representing the AT&T brand in local communities. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of applications, enrollments, and follow-up activity. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily outreach goals and customer satisfaction efforts. Preferred Skills for the Customer Sales Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with new people in customer-facing environments. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Self-motivated mindset with strong reliability and consistency. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$920.00 - $1,300.00 per week
