Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product information and support to customers.
• Prepare quotations and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM and ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
