Customer Service Associate

At Caroline's Cakes, we believe in making life's moments a little sweeter — one cake at a time. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to assist our customers. What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional service to every customer — whether by phone, email, or in person. Assist with placing orders, answering product questions, and resolving customer concerns with warmth and care. Work closely with our shipping and production teams to ensure every cake gets where it needs to go, right on time. Help maintain accurate order details and customer information in our systems. Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Bring positive energy, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude to every interaction.

Who You Are:

A friendly communicator who enjoys helping others and making their day better. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure — even when the phones are ringing, and the cakes are flying out the door! A team player who's eager to learn and assist wherever needed. Experience in customer service or retail is helpful, but a great attitude and enthusiasm for our cakes go a long way!
