This person will be responsible for contacting clients by phone, following up on outstanding balances, providing excellent customer service, keeping accurate records, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. The right candidate must be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, organized, dependable, and willing to learn our company systems and procedures. Responsibilities Contact clients by phone regarding pending payments and outstanding balances Provide professional and respectful customer service at all times Follow up with clients consistently and document all communication Update client accounts, notes, and payment status accurately Assist with payment reminders, invoices, and collection follow-ups Use Excel to track payments, client information, and reports Communicate with management regarding account status and client concerns Maintain confidentiality with all client and company information Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Strong phone communication skills Experience with collections, billing, customer service, or office administration preferred Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge Reliable, punctual, and organized Professional attitude and good work ethic Comfortable following up with clients about payments Able to stay calm and respectful during difficult conversations Willing to learn new systems and company procedures Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is confident on the phone, knows how to speak to clients professionally, and can follow up without being rude or aggressive. We need someone who pays attention to details, shows up on time, and takes responsibility for their work.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
