This is a full-time, on-site position that bridges the gap between client satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. This position manages the order life cycle, resolves client inquiries, and ensures accurate stock levels and smooth product distribution. Job Summary The Customer Service Logistics and Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing customer service operations while coordinating inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities across e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution channels. This role ensures an excellent customer experience, accurate inventory management, and efficient product flow from order entry through delivery. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Management Lead day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Manage customer complaints, escalations, returns, and order issues with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction. Monitor service performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy. Train, coach, and support customer service staff to maintain high service standards. Develop and improve customer service processes, scripts, and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency. Communicate effectively with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns. Maintain a strong understanding of products, order statuses, inventory availability, and shipping schedules. Logistics and Inventory Coordination Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and confirmation of deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels across warehouse and distribution operations. Monitor inventory movements, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile variances. Work with manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts. Oversee receiving processes, including inspection, documentation, and system updates. Support order fulfillment operations for e-commerce and distribution channels. Prepare and analyze inventory reports, shipment logs, and operational records. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping delays, damaged goods, and fulfillment issues. Prepare regular logistics and Inventory reports, highlighting delivery and inventory level metrics and areas for improvement. Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, inventory coordination, or operations. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP platforms, and e-commerce order processing. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, and inventory/order management software. Preferred Skills Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution environments. Familiarity with shipping carriers, warehouse operations, and fulfillment workflows. Ability to analyze data and improve operational processes. Strong leadership and team development skills.
