COMPANY Our Client, is a 30+ year old, asset based Third-Party Logistics and Packaging Company. Their services include warehousing, repackaging, bulk-transferring, cross-docking, drayage, fulfillment and local deliveries within the retailer, apparel, and food industries. They offer over 500,000 sq. feet of warehousing space located near the ports of the Los Angeles, CA and Newark, NJ.

LOCATION

East Rutherford, NJ Summary The Customer Service Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, resolving issues proactively, and aligning warehouse operations with client expectations Description Responsible for promoting a culture of operational excellence focused on service to our customers, drivers, and other departments within the company. Serves as the main liaison between the warehouse and client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and escalations. Partners with warehouse operations to ensure client SLAs, order accuracy, and fulfillment timelines are met. Monitors KPIs and service metrics and reports performance results to clients and internal management. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
