Customer Service Professional

Gotta Go Potties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator with direct experience in the sanitation industry (portable toilets, dumpsters, or waste management). This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior industry and software experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume incoming calls Assist customers with portable toilet and dumpster rentals Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service calls Coordinate routes and communicate with drivers Enter work orders and manage accounts in ServiceCore (or similar dispatch software) Invoice and process payments using QuickBooks Maintain accurate customer records Resolve customer concerns professionally

Required Experience:

Minimum 2+ years experience in the sanitation / management industry Minimum 2+ years experience with QuickBooks Minimum 2+ years experience with ServiceCore or _ similar service _ management software Strong phone communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented
