Customer Service Representative That's Gotta Go is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer support, scheduling services, and assisting customers with their dumpster and portable restroom needs.

Responsibilities include:

Answer customer calls, emails, and service requests in a professional and timely manner Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service changes Prepare quotes, enter orders, and assist with customer accounts Communicate with drivers and operations team to coordinate daily schedules Resolve customer questions and concerns while providing excellent service Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Computer skills and experience with office software preferred Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience a plus
