Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to support day-to-day service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and assist customers with orders, questions, and service needs Enter and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems Provide clear and timely information regarding products, services, and account details Route calls or requests to appropriate team members when needed Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activity Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to leadership Support process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer proficiency and typing ability (approx. 30 WPM) Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed Why Join Stable, full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a customer-focused organization
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
