Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to play a critical role in driving business growth by managing inbound sales calls, ensuring positive customer experience and meeting sales, profit and customer service targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service/inside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Order fulfillment

• Prepare shipping documents - domestic and international
• Handle international shipping related matters that arise. Customer Service
• Work with customers and vendors as needed
• Process payments and refunds accordingly.
• Provide any necessary custom clearance requests. Sales Support
• Work with and support sales reps as needed to place order items Industry trade shows, conferences and training courses
• Venue related matters
• Draft contracts for instructors
• Internal and external communication with employes, attendees and industry partners Other office functions as necessary Cross-train and support for related companies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of customer service/inside sales experience Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in customer service software and CRM platforms Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
