procedures and work instructions Perform All other Assigned Duties The Customer Service Rep ha exerience working on a shipping & Receiving Dock. In this role the CSR handles all paperwork (BOL's, ASN's, etc.), truck drivers, forklift drivers and the flow of automotive materials in and out. This position is a combination of desk, dock, and truck wells. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to enter data into customer and internal portals.

Customer Service Rep Qualifications or Skills:

Experience with SAP preferred. Experience in automotive shipping and receiving Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,& Google Packing slips, invoices, incoming paperwork - processing properly Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices High School Diploma or GED preferred
