As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requestsProvide accurate information about our products, services, and policiesProcess orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of accuracyResolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessaryMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM systemCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support across all channelsIdentify and communicate common customer issues to help improve our products and servicesParticipate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trendsMaintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareBasic math skills for processing transactions and handling financial inquiriesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive, upbeat attitude with a genuine desire to help customersEmpathetic approach to customer concerns and complaintsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as neededPhysical ability to stand, walk, sit, and use office equipment for extended periodsCapacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds when necessaryMust be {AGE} years of age or olderAdditional InformationBENEFITSFlexible hoursCompetitive wagesEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid Training
