Role & Responsibilities:

Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Perform general x-ray procedures as needed to support patient care Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and physicians for optimal patient diagnosis Follow established safety protocols regarding radiation and infection control Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort Document imaging procedures accurately and maintain detailed records Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate timely service if needed Uphold all HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Desired Qualifications:

Current ARRT certification in Radiography and CT required Experience in both CT and general x-ray preferred Valid state licensure for radiologic technologists (as applicable) Strong communication and patient-service skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently BLS certification (current)
