Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pay rate: USD $18
Contract:
Temp to hire
Core Responsibilities:
+ Answer incoming customer service tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages promptly and courteously, following established guidelines. + Provide complete follow-through on requests from customers, sales reps, and service representatives. + Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and align with customer needs and requests. + Maintain appropriate records and documentation within the ERP system. + Act as an account advocate, managing inquiries that require special attention. + Proactively communicate with customers about updates, changes, delays, and other relevant information. + Investigate and resolve billing concerns by tracing shipments, researching price differences, entering credit memos, quoting special part prices, and following up on credit hold orders in the ERP. + Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to remove barriers impacting product quality, support, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. + Efficiently enter orders and address inquiries by leveraging business resources and adhering to standardized processes. + Complete and review customer-specific reports to ensure accuracy and integrity. + Recommend ideas and solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred + 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, installation, maintenance, or repair environment + Ticketing system experience is a plus + ERP experience is a plus, especially with quoting, order entry, and returns
