Customer Service Representative Location:
Scotia, NY (Fully Onsite)
Work Hours:
8:00AM - 4:30
PM M-F Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire Compensation:
$20 - $25/hr.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support client accounts from order placement through production and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. While this position includes some billing-related support, the primary focus is customer service and job coordination. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Assist customers with questions related to orders, pricing, timelines, and delivery Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and professional communication Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems Build positive, long-term client relationships through excellent service Coordinate print and promotional jobs from order entry through production and fulfillment Track job progress and provide updates to customers as needed Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role Experience in a manufacturing, print, or production environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask Comfortable working with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
