Responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of incoming customer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner. Make outgoing calls to customers as needed regarding scheduling, service updates, invoices, and follow-up items. Respond to customer emails and other communications in a timely manner. Create accurate service work orders based on customer concerns, technician notes, and information from the sales team. Update service tickets with notes, parts, scheduling details, and other relevant job information. Maintain accurate customer, site, inspection, and job records. Take clear and accurate messages and route information to the appropriate team members. Follow up on open invoices and assist with collection of past-due balances. Work closely with service, accounting, and operations teams to help keep work flowing efficiently. Assist with other office, administrative, and customer service tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
