  • — Use microscopes, tweezers, cutters, pliers, and other small tools to complete intricate, multi‑stage assemblies (up to 17 steps). +
  • Inspect for Quality
  • — Conduct visual inspections to ensure every component meets strict medical standards. +
  • Support Production Flow
  • — Flex between product lines, adapt to changing priorities, and help meet daily and weekly output goals. +
  • Maintain Clean Room Standards
  • — Follow gowning procedures and protocols to keep the environment contamination‑free. +

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
