Job Description

We are currently hiring a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing pest control team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in helping homeowners find the right pest control solutions while delivering outstanding customer support throughout the entire sales process. This Customer Service Representative position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative will combine customer support with sales responsibilities, helping customers understand the value of pest control services and guiding them toward the best solutions for their needs. No prior pest control experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help every Customer Service Representative succeed and grow within the company.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Speak with customers to understand pest control concerns and service needs. Recommend pest control services and explain treatment options, pricing, and service benefits. Assist customers through the scheduling and enrollment process. Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships and identify additional sales opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns professionally. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through strong communication and customer engagement. Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and service documentation. Work closely with management and team members to support overall customer satisfaction and company growth.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable discussing services, recommending solutions, and closing sales. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales is a plus but not required. Benefits for the
