In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management, communication, and customer service skills while making a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and online platforms to assess their pest control needs. Build relationships with potential clients. Understand customer needs and educate on pest control services, treatment plans, and preventative solutions. Provide accurate pricing estimates and service recommendations based on customer inquiries. Build schedules for pest/termite technicians. Obtain signed agreements and payment (CC on file, PIF, etc.) Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and scheduled services in CRM software. Provide product information, technical support and troubleshooting. Essential Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and colleagues.Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills are essential for building rapport and resolving customer issues.Sales:
Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Working with builders or property management teams is a plus.Product Knowledge:
Ability to learn and understand product features and benefits.Problem-Solving:
