Job Description

MX Fuels and Propane is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to assist in our daily fuel and propane operations. This positions is based out of our AuSable Valley Fuels/Gordan Oil Division.
Responsibilities Include:
General data entry. Scheduling deliveries. Posting customer payments into accounting software. Answering phones. Processing customer orders. Processing payments. Answering service-related questions. Various other duties.
Requirements:
Highly organized. Efficient. Detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel. Basic accounting knowledge. Ability to type on a keyboard and calculator. Experience with using accounting software is preferred.
